My posts in the UK involve the assessment and treatment of patients with neuropsychological and psychological disorders, mainly in the areas of Neurology, Head Injuries, Spinal Injuries, Burns, and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. A substantial number of these patients have been involved in traumatic incidents.

MEDICO-LEGAL EXPERTISE
Over the last twenty years, I have provided substantial Medico-Legal Reports (to assist the Courts) for adult and paediatric cases in areas of Neuropsychology (i.e. assessment of head injury (brain injury), strokes and other neurological disorders, as well as rehabilitation reports), psychological problems following trauma associated with Burns injuries, Spinal injuries, Road Traffic Accidents, Assaults and Clinical Negligence (i.e., Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, phobias, mental health disorders and Chronic Pain Syndrome). I have also assisted the Courts in “Child Care and Freeing” Proceedings, in particular, assessing parents with regards to Neurological organic issues as well as psychological skills. This has been mainly throughout the UK. I have experience of giving evidence in Magistrates,’ County, High and Crown Courts throughout the UK.
I have provided reports to firms throughout the UK, The Republic of Ireland, the USA, Australia and India, both for the “Claimants” and “Defendants.” My instructions comprise of the following: 60% Claimants; 30% Defendants: 10% Joint instructions.
